The REXUS/BEXUS programme allows students from universities and higher education colleges across Europe to carry out scientific and technological experiments on sounding rockets and stratospheric balloons. In each programme cycle, two rockets and two balloons are launched, carrying experiments designed and built by student teams.
After submitting an experiment proposal, 14 student teams were invited to participate in a virtual selection workshop.
Over 100 students from 18 different ESA Member States and Associate Member States took part in this event, during which they received some technical lectures and training sessions before defending their experiment ideas in front of a selection panel of experts from ESA and the REXUS/BEXUS programme partners SNSA, DLR, SSC, ZARM and MORABA.
