(“GlobalX” or the “Company”), following a voluntary delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange. GlobalX begins trading today on the NEO Exchange under the symbols JET and JET.B.
Led by Ed Wegel, an industry veteran with over 30 years of commercial aviation experience, GlobalX is a US 121 flag and supplemental airline flying the Airbus A320 family of aircraft. The Company flies as a passenger ACMI and charter airline serving the US, Caribbean, and Latin American markets.
