Update: NASA is a Go for Crew 3 Launch Attempt November10th at 9:03 PM EDT or 2:03 UTC November 11th.
The slow 70 second delay in the fourth Crew 2 parachute opening during splash down is not a concern after an extensive review. The four parachute system performed to the design parameters and is similar to previous testing data for this system.

The Crew 2 parachutes were Immediately helicoptered back to Cape Kennedy for inspection and examination including a review of the build documents and everything checked out properly.
Dragon, Orion and the previous Apollo capsules were designed to handle the failure of one parachute and a safe return with just three parachutes if that should ever occur.
