SpaceX is celebrating a historic launch today completing their 100th successful flight at 11:31 AM EDT or 15:31 UTC when booster B-1060.3 lifted off from launch complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Florida.
100 flights since their first successful flight back on July 14th 2009 is a major milestone for Elon Musk and all of his dedicated team.
All 60 Starlink satellites were successfully deployed and the first stage booster B-1060.3 made a pin point landing on the autonomous drone ship JRTI Just Read The Instructions down range in the Atlantic ocean.
The first launch attempt two days ago on Thursday 10-22-20 was scrubbed due to a faulty camera on the 2nd stage booster which SpaceX needed to insure mission success.
Congratulations to all involved in making this flight a true milestone event.
